Myriam Sauter

Project Fellow

Having a background in humanities, Myriam Sauter is interested in how social and political conflicts are reflected in cultural productions and in how cultural cooperation and exchange can help bridging divides within societies as well as across borders. She is convinced that a deeper reciprocal cultural understanding between negotiating parties can ultimately enhance and improve global cooperation. Myriam has worked for Geneva Call, International Organization for Migration (IOM), at the University of Bern as well as in publishing, focusing on Arabic and Persian translations. She is currently looking into founding her own publishing house.
