The IGN offers a range of courses in the field of global negotiation and conflict resolution to individuals and institutions including universities, governments and private businesses. All courses involve a blend of interdisciplinary theoretical approaches combined with practical exercises and are tailored to the specific requirements of the participants.
IGN Courses
Each year the IGN offers a select number of courses online and in-person which are open to applications. All of the courses involve practical exercises which the participants are expected to thoroughly prepare prior to the sessions.

The Holistic Negotiator
1, 2, 8 & 9 October 2026

This training is a unique combination of neuroscience, philosophy, self-regulation, and relational intelligence. Participants will gain insights into how to remain authentic, flexible and creative under pressure and how to tackle negotiation challenges with confidence.

Bridging Extreme Difference

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to bridging extreme difference utilising case studies and interactive activities to provide participants with key insights and tools to apply to disputes with a religious or intercultural dimension.
