Applications for the GNC 2025 (7–11 July 2025) are now open until 31 May 2025.
Early Registration is live until the 3rd of March, 18:00h CET. All applications after that date are subject to the regular participation fee of CHF 250,00CHF, and will only be considered until no more team slots are available.

A complete application includes:
•    The completion of this online registration form.
•    The CVs of all applicants. 
•    A short letter of reference from a university instructor endorsing the team (optional).

Team Statement

Accommodation

A provisional number of 20 beds have been reserved in a nearby student residencs at ~40 CHF per night (first come, first served). The final confirmation of available spaces will be communicated in mid-April. Please indicate below the full name(s) of those that you would like us to register with the residence.

Visa Application

If any of your team members require a visa to attend the GNC please send us a scan of their passport to gnc@global-negotiation.org that we can issue you a letter of support if you are accepted.

To complete your application, please upload the following documents to a file transfer service of your choice (f.e. www.swisstransfer.ch):

  • The CVs of all applicants.

  • A short letter of reference from a university instructor endorsing the team (optional).

  • Passport scans for all applicants that require a letter of invitation for their visa (if required).
