Beyond Division: Navigating Conflict in a Polarized World
14:00 - 16:00 (CEST) on Friday, 24th October 2025
Around the world conflict is on the rise. Divisions seems to grow ever deeper, with people quick to jump to judgements and see the worse in those with whom they disagree. This is happening at a time when cooperation is even more vital to tackle global environmental, economic and political challenges.
This online forum marks the culmination of the 'Beyond Division' project orchestrated by the Institute for Global Negotiation with local partners across the world. The forum will share reflections from facilitators of the various Beyond Division events on how to constructively handle conflict as well as share practical reflections from invited speakers.
Invited Speakers
Alongside reflections from facilitators of the Beyond Division workshops the online forum will also feature a special contribution reflecting on the practical experiences of addressing depolarisation from invited speakers from the Institute for Integrated Transitions.
