IGN Compliance Officer
The IGN Compliance Officer serves as the general point of contact for welfare issues across the Institute for Global Negotiation (IGN).
They are responsible for supporting Project Coordinators and Welfare Officers, offering support to complainants, determining whether the complaint needs to be formally raised with the Board and maintaining records of incidents and complaints.
The Compliance Officer drafts a report in the case of a complaint and is responsible for the safe storage of those reports (in line with Section 5). The Compliance Officer is appointed by and reports to the IGN Board.
In January 2026, the IGN Board appointed Mila Grönros (pictured on the right) as IGN Compliance Officer.
