
Carmen Robledo
Partnerships Officer
Carmen Robledo has been a member of the Mexican Foreign Service since 2005. Throughout her career, she has been posted to Mexican embassies in Australia, Indonesia, and Israel. Most recently, she served at Mexico’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations in New York, where she led the country’s UNSC engagement on the Middle East files, including Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Israel-Palestine, and Iraq. Currently, she is the Senior Policy Specialist at The Good Food Institute APAC.
Carmen holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí in Mexico. She has also completed master's degrees in International Relations at the Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium and in Public Administration at the École Nationale d’Administration in France. In 2018, she earned her Ph.D. in International Relations and Political Science from The Australian National University.
Carmen currently resides in Australia with her husband and daughter.
