Ezinne is a leading sustainable development advocate with over a decade of experience advancing inclusive growth and climate action. She brings a distinctive blend of strategic insight and sustainability-focused leadership, shaped by her extensive work across global development and professional services. At PwC, she held diverse client-facing and internal roles—spanning thought leadership, advocacy, compliance, advisory, and strategy—supporting organizations, including family-owned businesses, to navigate complex challenges and build resilience in dynamic environments.
Her commitment to sustainability extends beyond the corporate sphere. For over a decade, Ezinne has championed inclusive development, co-authoring climate and development-focused publications with organisations such as the United Nations Voices of Youth and the World Bank's 'Innovate4Climate' platform, representing youth voices and proffering innovative solutions for a sustainable future. These experiences reflect her core belief that finance can—and should—be a force for good.
Currently, Ezinne is a Senior Fellow for a high-impact green entrepreneurship initiative, the Negotiating for Climate Action project (NfCA) at the Institute for Global Negotiation (IGN). Through the NfCA project, she manages high-impact programs for investor readiness, produces high-impact thought leadership, builds global alliances, manages budgets, and coordinates complex projects that accelerate climate action, education, and innovation in Africa and the Middle East. The initiative currently trains, mentors and funds young climate entrepreneurs aged 18 – 35 years across eight African countries—Nigeria, Kenya, DR Congo, Malawi, Sierra Leone, Zambia, Madagascar, and Rwanda—equipping grassroots innovators to solve global challenges.
Through these roles, Ezinne has cultivated expertise in bridging innovation, sustainability, and policy to deliver meaningful change. Passionate about equipping the next generation of leaders, she continues to advocate for climate resilience and economic opportunity.
