
Filippo Martini

Filippo Martini is an Adjunct Professor of Negotiation and Mediation at the University of Ferrara, where he designs and teaches a combined theoretical and experiential course, while also coaching the university team in national competitions with notable results.
Beyond academia, he works with the International School of Negotiation as Training and Project Strategist and is also the Growth & Production Team Lead of the Journal for Global Negotiation at the Institute for Global Negotiation.
He holds a Law degree and is currently pursuing an MBA at Bologna Business School, combining a legal background with managerial training to support his teaching and consulting. His work focuses on training for negotiation in different scenarios using artificial intelligence as a tool to strengthen negotiation and decision-making in complex environments.
