
Philip Afran Gaisie

Philip Afran Gaisie is an international development and security professional with over seven years of experience in program management, youth empowerment, policy advocacy, and humanitarian coordination across Africa. He has previously worked with UNDP, the ECOWAS Commission, and USAID on regional and national initiatives, leveraging multistakeholder partnerships to achieve sustainable social impact.
With a Master’s Degree in International Development Studies, Philip is passionate about fostering inclusive leadership, promoting social justice, and building resilient communities. He has undergone traineeship on Transnational Organized Crime and Trafficking in Persons from GDE/NGO Academy in collaboration with UNODC.
At the IGN, he leverages his expertise to support program development, pre-event logistics, and on-site operations during the Global Negotiation Academy 2026. He also fosters a welcoming environment for delegates and contributes to collaborative learning and innovative solutions throughout the Academy planning cycle.
