
Tea Mustać
Head of Operations
Tea Mustać is an LL.M. candidate at Harvard Law School, currently on leave from her role as Head of Operations at the Institute for Global Negotiations. A fellow of the European Law Institute and IGN, she previously consulted on data protection and AI governance, helping organizations translate complex requirements into workable practice. At Harvard, Tea is part of the University Clinic for Designing Alternative Dispute Systems, focusing on negotiation and system design. She co-hosts RegInt: Decoding AI Regulation and co-authored The AI Act Compact. Her work has been recognized with the European Young Lawyers Award (2022) and the My Data Is Mine Award (2024). Given her international experiences, she specializes in cross-cultural negotiation with a special emphasis on the practical governance for emerging technologies.
