
Vivien Flokas
IGN Fellow
Vivien Flokas is a mission-driven analyst and educator with experience in national security research, intelligence analysis, and international education. She is currently an English Second Language Teacher at EF Education First, where she designs and delivers lessons to international students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Vivien holds a Master of Arts in Security Policy Studies from The George Washington University, with a concentration in U.S. National Security, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. She has worked as an intelligence analyst intern with the Institute for the Study of War’s Russia Team, a judicial security intern with the U.S. Marshals Service, and in local law enforcement.
At the IGN, she serves as a Team Member for the Journal for Global Negotiation. As Events Officer of the project team she supports event organization and logistics, moderating discussions, and acting as a social media liaison. Passionate about cross-cultural communication and global engagement, Vivien is excited to contribute to the IGN’s mission of fostering constructive dialogue and negotiation.
